Since I have been running home games and tournaments I have wanted to hold a tournament where I could award prizes in addition to cash. Watching the WSOP I have always liked the idea of awarding a bracelet or maybe a ring, to the Champion. Unfortunately choices have been limited to either junk or items out of my price range until ePokerdeals brought this bracelet to the market. I purchased the gold mesh version but they also offer a silver mesh and gold or silver link style bracelet for the same cost. In my opinion this is a very nice bracelet for the price.

Feel

The bracelet has a nice weight to it. The band is smooth but does have some spots that are a bit less flexible than others. This may work out with wear but it is not a big deal as far as I am concerned.

Looks

The plating is very nice, smooth and even overall. The faceplate is a good size and smooth and mirror-like on the back, suitable for engraving. The wording on the faceplate is clear and legible. The stones on the faceplate do catch the light and sparkle but not so much as to appear gaudy.

Durability

The bracelet appears to be well made. The band is joined to the clasp and faceplate by welds or soldering that have been finished smoothly and evenly. If twisted, I think the mesh would give before the joints. The clasp holds well. I could not get it to open by pulling on it. Of course I did not give it any undo force as I was not looking to stress it to it’s limit or destroy it.

Over all I think this bracelet is of good quality and value for the price and I like it very much. One limitation though, there is no adjustment available to the length of the band. I am not a small person and I could wear and take the bracelet off without opening the clasp. I had to work it a little so it is not like it will fall off my hand on it’s own, but someone with small hands could find it slipping off. You can see in the picture the size when it’s on my wrist. Another annoyance is that by being loose the weight of the faceplate makes it spin down under your wrist. I think the link style bracelets (although the same length) could probably be sized to fit by removing a link or two. I cannot say for sure since I do not have one. Now, I’m not a jewelry wearing person and this would be more of a trophy to display in my poker room so the fit is not a big deal to me. I may even make a holder for it so it can be displayed nicely on a shelf. My next one will be the link style.
