The Date
October 2009 is the month for LSRII, let's choose the weekend. The weekend of the 10th is out.
Choices:
October 3-4
October 17-18
October 24-25

I will most likely veto the 31st.... our kids are under five and I dont think we'll miss Halloween.

I can make it any of the weekends with this early notice, but generally the first weekend isn't as good for me.

The first weekend is best for me, but any of the first three choices will work. Oct 31 - Nov 1 is impossible.

Any weekend works for me except 17-19. That is the weekend of my 10th anniversary and I am sure my wife would prefer a sandy beach to travel to.

Still a ways away .. but it IF I can make it, I can do either the 1st weekend or the 17/18 (although, we might have a party for our little guy that weekend). Of course, I need my wife to approve first, and see if I can find some cheaper airfare.
Been to Dallas for business a few times, and always had fun. I was near the Galleria each time.. what a nice place.
I do hope to make it though, meet some CT's and have a nice weekend getaway

Guys I am going to book the October 3-4 weekend. Based on the poll plus based on conversations I had at WCBIII, this looks like the best choice.
