Label guru needed for a real small project!

I'm throwing a bachelor party on July 9th and I'd like to give everyone attending a custom made poker chip. I'd also like to give out chips to the 3rd, 2nd, and Champion of the tournament I'm hosting for the party.

I'd like to do these on 1" lables and plan to use the "texas holdem"11.5 gram chips cause the are cheap and easy for labeling. I guess I'll need 7 chips (14) labels for the non-winners and then 6 more labels for those that place in the tourney, so all in all 20 labels.

Nothing fancy, but I've never done labels and I'm not good with Photoship or Illustrator. Any help would be really kewl!
