Poor Man Pharaoh's

Hello. This is my first post.

I like the look of the paulson pharaohs, but can't possibly afford them. What do you think of this poor man pharaoh mock-up I've done? Re-named to Pyramids and changed "cairo" to "egypt" I've found lots of completely free egyptian artwork online. Could be a label for Nexgens. I've only done a mock-up for this one chip so far.

Cool? Or, dump it an be more original?

I'm afraid I couldn't condone a copy of our design that's so close to the original. Don't get me wrong, I'm flattered really. But some big retailers put up a LOT of money to back us with this chip, and I don't think any of us would take too kindly to a knockoff of the Pharaoh's Club.

We'll my original idea was to use the Nexgen Lucky Bee chips and make a "Huffster's Hive" chip. Using cool bee/wasp drawings.

Yeah Huff...I am with the other guys on this...I can't afford those either....get some Nexgens, and come up with your own idea...its not as hard as you think!! We play in my garage...so I put "GPT" on the chips for the "garage poker tour" I know its amazing isn't it!! And no yeltzen I did not get help coming up with this idea!! I did it all on my own!! That and I kind of stole it from the WPT. Anyways here is my simple design that Cin0s3 did for me. These are the higher denom labels that I will be getting in a few days!!!!

I know these are pretty simple...but that is what the garage is all about! Keeping it simple and playing cards....in the garage....away from the wives!!!!

Look around you and I bet you can come up with great idea!!

Let me go out on a limb and say..........dump it go with something original. I'm a pharaoh's buyer and I don't want to see any knockoffs out there in the market.

If you're doing it for yourself, then do whatever you want obviously. If you're reselling them, then yeah I'd say don't bother.

I like the first design myself, but I like the cleaner look.
